book list #19 - lucky peach!

In honor of the fact that the NEXT quarterly, Lucky Peach, is almost out, I will finally post about the first Lucky Peach that I read at the beginning of the summer.

(I completely suck at blogging now)

It's awesome.

It helps that I am obsessed with food, culture, food culture, chefs, and travel. This has all of that PLUS Bourdain, and Wylie. All tied together with a Chang bow.

This was basically created with me in mind. I plan on making one of the awesome recipes from the back.

ALSO there is an AMAZING chart about eggs and temperature. (Shut up!)
